The Mayfair Supper Club, inspired by top supper clubs in London and around the world and featuring contemporary American cuisine and nightly live entertainment, will open at Bellagio over New Year’s Eve weekend in the former space of Hyde Bellagio overlooking The Fountains of Bellagio. MGM Properties has partnered with London and New York-based Martin Brudnizki Design Studios to design the new venue. While details of the décor and menu have not yet been released, the New Year’s Eve menu will offer a peek at the restaurant’s offerings. Included will be Waldorf salad, a chilled shellfish tower, caviar pasta with truffle shavings, oysters Rockefeller, steak tartare, salmon and sorrel, chicken à la king, filet Rossini, winter vegetable pot pie, Dover sole Veronique and Kobe beef.
