The Mayfair Supper Club just might be the start of a new trend. This restaurant isn't just a restaurant. It's also a performance venue of sorts. With a wonderful location overlooking the Fountains of Bellagio, The Mayfair is colorfully designed with a style that feels a little retro. Amid the dinner tables is a stage for the nightly live performances, and later in the evening it becomes more of a lounge during Mayfair After Dark. The dinner menu includes selections of chilled shellfish, including a seafood tower, sushi and caviar, along with other starters. Entrees include dishes like branzino, lamb chop with minted pistachio crust, salmon or filet mignon with truffle sauce.
